Venue Capacity & Floor Plans

Our beautiful space caters for both intimate and large gatherings, but we know it can often be tricky to imagine how the venue will look depending on how many guests you’ll have. We’ve gathered a few images and floor plans to help you visualise our different layouts to assist with planning your big day. As always, please reach out to us at hello@refinery-events.com if we can help with any questions!

We’re planning a:

30-40 Guests | Seated Reception

We recommend running one long table down the middle of the venue to ensure that an intimate gathering still maximises the reception space nicely!

50-60 Guests | Seated Reception

We recommend running one long table down the middle of the venue for up to 50-60 guests. If your numbers are around 60 and upwards, there are options for our iconic U-shape layout or having a separate wedding party table if desired.

70-80 Guests | Seated Reception

Seating 70-80 guests takes on our classic Refinery U-shape set up with an option for a separate wedding party table, if desired.

90-100 Guests | Seated Reception

Seating 90-100 guests guests takes on our classic Refinery U-shape set up which still allows ample room for guests and staff to walk around the reception area.

70-80pax | Cocktail Reception

We recommend a minimum of 70 guests and upwards for a cocktail-style reception which will allow a spacious floor plan for your guests to roam throughout the garden and indoor warehouse space.

90-100pax | Cocktail Reception

90-100 guests brings epic vibes throughout both the private garden and indoor warehouse space, still leaving a good amount of room for mingling and d-floor shenanigans!

130-150pax | Cocktail Reception

Reaching close to our maximum capacity of 150 guests, party vibes are high, the venue is buzzing and at this point, the more the merrier!
